A Christmas present for somebody, who not long lost his best friend. I thought what a nice idea, to keep his spirit alive by having one of the photos, personalised on a cushion. The picture was clean & sharp, and I’m sure will be hugged a lot.

The pillow is really soft and the perfect size. The face is so great but I have to say that the proportion somehow seems off. The front paws are longer than the whole other half of the body. Maybe it's the picture I sent but it didn't appear to me in the proof the way it came out. I do love it though and can't wait to give it to my daughter who is going away to university and will be thrilled to have a "replica" of the one thing she's going to miss most from home!

Not as clear picture as the ones shown online, but black cats are hard to get pictures of. Glad it was on sale and I didn’t pay full price

We lost our beautiful fur baby a month ago and I just love my cushion because I can cuddle him still .. I received excellent customer service .. even asked for half dozen pictures so they could put the best one on .. if I emailed got a reply very quick .. would definitely recommend and I would absolutely purchase again thank you

The pillow was very nice my daughter loves it! There were some pink colors in the background that were no in original photo or approval pic. It is a bit distracting. Also if you are getting this as a gift you want to order over a month ahead because it takes that long to ship.

The item itself, we love. It looks to be of good quality, the picture is clear, and it’s so soft! That said, we did order it the first week of November, and it only arrived this last Monday, February 1. I understand shipping delays because of Covid and whatnot, and I’d actually be willing to order from them again. But y’all should know you need to order way, way in advance if you are ordering for an occasion such as Christmas or a birthday.

I ordered the cushion for my wife, her Collie, Indy, died last year. The cushion is the perfect size (medium) and texture for my wife to use as a “snuggle cushion” she finds it very comforting. Our Indy is well made and was delivered promptly. Next time I will order a larger one, although I am not in a hurry to memorialise one of my dogs.

This is the second one I move bought, and we love it, although smaller than expected.

I 100% recommend this company! I ordered the medium size for my cats. The quality of the pillow itself is high & they are very soft, but it’s the incredible detail that is the real wow factor. The detail in my cats coats shows all their beautiful colors. I ordered these two pillows in anticipation of my one beloved kitty being at the end of her life. She had been sick a while. They oddly arrived the day she took a turn for the worse & we had to put her down. There was a bit of a sizing issue due to her tail taking up some of the photo, which made it smaller than the other one. So I definitely recommend not including a tail (other than one up against their bodies) in the photo you send. The company rectified it and customer service was very gracious and helpful! Now that some time has passed, I have both of the pillows sitting on our chair in the living room. It is very comforting to be able to see my late baby on the couch again. I absolutely love them! 5/5 stars!!

OMG best gift ever!!! I had no idea they were going to look so real, and the pillow is so dang comfortable to sleep with. These pillows are truly AWESOME!!!!
