How do I order?

The process goes as follows:
Upload your pets picture using our tool above (top of page, above the BUY NOW) button OR if you'd prefer, hit buy now and our team will be in touch to request a picture and can help guide you then (this works well if you're ordering for a friend or family member and would like to discuss pictures with them too :))
Click BUY NOW and pay - we accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as PayPal

We send you a design proof (mock-up) within 3 working days. We work with you to ensure you're totally happy. Once you are, approve the mock-up and we take that as our signal to get making your pillow!

We then create your 3D pillow. This involves us printing out the approved picture, cutting it and then hand-sewing the final design

We ship it to you - once finished, we pop it in the post and you'll get a shipment email containing tracking information. All shipments are filly tracked and insured, and free of charge worldwide

We offer free worldwide shipping by default. This is fully tracked and recorded shipping. We have an expedited shipping option which is a surcharge of $20 - this gets your priority graphics, production and shipping with Fedex. Once your product is made, shipping with expedited takes around 3-5 days. For standard free shipping, allow 12 days. Note production takes 3-4 days typically but can take up to a week at high volume times of the year

We ship worldwide. Please be advised that some countries have longer fulfilment/shipping times then the US/UK/CA/Australia and Ireland. Our shipping estimates are based on those countries. For other international markets, including Israel, India etc, please allow up to 3 weeks for delivery

We can make a pillow out of ANY pet. The process is the same from our perspective. We just require a good quality picture of your pet, and we can turn it into an incredible 3D cushion.

Whilst we believe the pillow works best with one pet per pillow, we can create pillows with multiple pets on them. Generally we need the pets to be close together or touching, but if that's not possible, you can share multiple pictures and leave the rest to our team

We have created thousands of these custom pillows, and along the journey we have learned a thing or two about what pictures work best and which don't. If you share a picture which we don't feel is optimal, we will contact you on the email which you used to order, and we will advice and work with you to find a more suitable picture. We will not just create sub-optimal pillows, and remember you get an approval step before we print, so there's plenty of chances to catch this problem early

The small size (8 inches/20cm) is small - its intended for either very small pets like budgies, hamsters etc OR for folks who're travelling and want a suitcase sized pillow.

Generally we recommend that you buy at least a medium (40cm/16 inch) pillow if you're after a life sized pet stunt double
