I had a pillow of mu daughters bunny made and it turned out adorable.

This pillow was so important to us because we lost our a Buddy to cancer on November 2nd. I feel that it could be better; if needed, they could have asked for better pictures. I also asked for as minimal white border as possible, and I don’t feel that was done. Kinda disappointed.

The item itself, we love. It looks to be of good quality, the picture is clear, and it’s so soft! That said, we did order it the first week of November, and it only arrived this last Monday, February 1. I understand shipping delays because of Covid and whatnot, and I’d actually be willing to order from them again. But y’all should know you need to order way, way in advance if you are ordering for an occasion such as Christmas or a birthday.

I ordered the cushion for my wife, her Collie, Indy, died last year. The cushion is the perfect size (medium) and texture for my wife to use as a “snuggle cushion” she finds it very comforting. Our Indy is well made and was delivered promptly. Next time I will order a larger one, although I am not in a hurry to memorialise one of my dogs.

This is the second one I move bought, and we love it, although smaller than expected.

I 100% recommend this company! I ordered the medium size for my cats. The quality of the pillow itself is high & they are very soft, but it’s the incredible detail that is the real wow factor. The detail in my cats coats shows all their beautiful colors. I ordered these two pillows in anticipation of my one beloved kitty being at the end of her life. She had been sick a while. They oddly arrived the day she took a turn for the worse & we had to put her down. There was a bit of a sizing issue due to her tail taking up some of the photo, which made it smaller than the other one. So I definitely recommend not including a tail (other than one up against their bodies) in the photo you send. The company rectified it and customer service was very gracious and helpful! Now that some time has passed, I have both of the pillows sitting on our chair in the living room. It is very comforting to be able to see my late baby on the couch again. I absolutely love them! 5/5 stars!!

The pillow is beautiful, we love it. We got the red mini poodle pillow. It’s cozy, cute and quiet a decent quality print and fabric. It comes with a zipper if you ever really, really needed to clean it, however, you would have to remove all the stuffing first. Dog pillow is double sided with a mirrored image. We are very happy!

Because of cancer, we had to make the hard decision to allow our beautiful Tilly to cross the rainbow bridge. We were not handling this at all and then I sent away for a squishy pillow and when it arrived put it into her basket and it was just like having her back. I am so impressed with this order. I got pillows made with my pups image and they turned out so much better than I thought. They were so responsive and messaged me immediately about my images. It also arrived so much earlier than it was supposed to. It was supposed to come on Christmas Eve and it arrived today on the 17th. The quality was so great and it was much cheaper than other places I looked into. Also for the plush material that usually cost more at other stores but theirs didn’t and it is soft material. It even has an invisible zipper sewn into it. Basically it was such a great purchase. I will definitely order from them again if I have an occasion to do so.

The 50 cm is a great cushion size and the material is soft and good quality. The print on the cushion is darker than the picture I sent so I can’t see the eyes and the definition of his hair.
